Monster Magnet...total garbage, they should be shot.
Clutch...decent if youre easily entertained by slow boring riffs.

Helmet: Meantime is still good today. And plus, they have Frank Bello on bass now.

All That Remains: Yeah, they are pretty damn good. Best band there (Aside from Shadows Fall. I'd say they were better if they didn't recently start reminding me so much of Killswitch Engage with the new album)

I mean, nothing of this would really justify the ticket price to me, but I'm not paying anyway, since I'm working there. These are just the bands I wouldn't mind actually paying attention to while working.

obviously not many of you listen to Clutch enough to realize you are wrong and that they absolutely rock. I'm not quite sure which album had the slow boring riffs on it but I'm sure it doesn't exist in reality. I guess I'm easily entertained then.

And how can you say you used to love a band when you can't even get the name of the song right?! It's SPACEGRASS . . . not Jesus on the Dashboard!

old clutch is usually compared to Helmet as far a style goes, not sound.

I like 1 clutch song...but I really cant get into em...and I dont think helmet is that close to clutch, clutch remind me of bluesy stoner rock, and helmet reminds me of nyhc jazz.
But hey, dont listen to me, Ive been listenin to salt n' pepa since 83.

I said old Clutch is compared to Helmet, not the new stuff which is bluesier and stonerier. Old clutch has more of a simplistic and repetetive hardcore feel.

I love The Elaphant Riders, and I love Clutch. I saw them twice in 2002-03 and both shows were incredible. I like "Elaphant" because of the really bluesy, stoner rock sound it has, very different direction for them at the time. It started on the predassaser for that album "Clutch"
I alos dig Helmet and I'm very curious to see what the new lineup sound slike.
