NEW RELEASES:

Oct 19 - Mortiis - The Grudge [Earache]
Norway's enigmatic visionary returns with a full band to deliver the next chapter in his evolving musical saga. Prepare for 'The Grudge' -- a scathing, unpredictable, infectiously melodic Industrial masterwork.

Oct 19 - Cult Of Luna - Salvation [Earache]
Seven members strong, Sweden's Cult Of Luna delivers hypnotic, crushing noise-core inspired by the likes of Swans and Neurosis, and in league with such contemporaries as Isis and Pelican.

Oct 19 - Ewigkeit - Radio Ixtlan [Earache]
Earache debut from Ewigkeit (the German word for "eternity", pronounced "eye-vish-kite"), the brainchild of UK eccentric, James "Mr Fog" Fogarty. Residing somewhere between the stratospheres of Pink Floyd, Killing Joke, The Orb, and Opeth, 'Radio Ixtlan' is a 'Dark Side of the Moon' for the Death Metal generation -- a masterpiece of rock, metal, industrial, and psychedelia.

Nov 2 - The Chasm - The Spell Of Retribution [Wicked World]
Wicked World debut from Chicago's uncompromising, enigmatic, Incan metal horde.

IN THE STUDIO...

Adema - Modern Rock giants, Adema, are preparing to hunker down at Fat Tracks Studios in their hometown of Bakersfield, CA to record their self-produced Earache debut, due for release in January 2005.

Shortie - NorCal rockers, Shortie, are currently mixing their Earache debut with producer Michael Rosen (AFI, The Donnas, Testament). Recorded at J Street Studios (owned by Brian Wheat of Tesla) in Shortie's hometown of Sacramento, CA, Shortie's Earache debut is a powerhouse of aggressive rock and infectious hooks, due for release in February 2005.

Hate Eternal - Florida Death Metal titans, Hate Eternal, have entered frontman Erik Rutan's own Mana Recording Studio to record their third album. Expect nothing short of utterly phenomenal musicianship in the form of inhuman speed and unholy heaviness... in other words, the next landmark album in Death Metal, due for release in February 2005.

Society 1 - LA shock-rockers, Society 1, are currently entrenched in NRG Studios with producer Wade Norton (Static-X, Dope), recording their second Earache album -- "The Sound That Ends Creation". While "The Sound That Ends Creation" will retain the key Society 1 elements - confrontational lyrics, industrial-metal shock-rock stylings, hellbent Satanic overtones -- Matt "The Lord" Zane advises fans to "expect the unexpected". Release is planned for February 2005.
