i like taking care of my teeth too. on tuesday i got two minor fillings and a wisdom tooth yanked. didn't hurt a bit. the wisdom tooth had been there for a couple years. i never got it out because i had no insurance and didn't want to spend the money. it caused the early tooth decay in the other two teeth and i had to pay a shitload because i still have no insurance. i should have not been dumb back when the wisdom tooth first got there. lesson learned.
