*Here's a detail many of you have been creaming for. The new album will be called Ascendancy. That's not written in stone, but when i see the band at the Philadelphia edition of the ROAD RAGE tour this Sunday, where Machine Head will be playing ALL of BURN MY EYES (mike at victory is probably so jealous), i am going to ask matt heafy for some more juicy details to take to my people (that would be you!) see, who is ALWAYS looking out for you?

that title is sure to piss off alot of people on this site. bands should do their research when naming things. i know sometimes it is hard to research every little thing, but if they had just typed that word on google they would have found a band with that name.

I wish i had an Ascendancy shirt I'd wear it tonight at the show

who cares it's an album name, not a band name. if you can't use band names as song titles or album names or reuse words in song titles half the genres everyone listens to would be fucked.

Ive never heard Trivium before. I hope to god 50 other bands dont start callling themselves Ascendancy now.
