That article reads like tabloid trash. The lyrics from one song condemning Christianity are a stretch at best and the rest is just hearsay from someone who could potentially have a grudge against them.
Assuming they were actually somewhat White Power leaning when they were younger, I don't really see any evidence of it in their imagery or lyrics from recent albums, so either it's complete BS or they grew up and got over it.
As for the vocals..... yeah, they're not the best, but whatever.

First they came for Death In June but I did not speak out because antifa never showed up
Then they came for Burzum but I did not speak out because he lives in France
Then they came for Inquisition and I didn't speak up because they fucking suck

The guy who just happened to have a swastika t-shirt on hand after being out of that scene for 12 years or whatever? Yeah, sounds legit.

It was a tattoo, which I guess...if you still have a swazi tattoo after being "reformed" for years that seems possible although also real sad. I actually tried to follow up on that dude's blog but didn't have much luck.
There's definitely an old picture of them posing with a nazi flag though, which I remember seeing years ago and figuring was some dumb shit that they didn't seem to have hung onto in the ensuing decade+. And of course, Dagon's "challenging" noise project 88MM, and so on. I'm actually curious to hear what he/they have to say about this.
It's a bummer though. I mean, it's nothing new that lots of SATANIC FREE SPIRITS are actually just into lowest-common-denominator idiocy like racism/fascism/homophobia/blah blah blah but I like Inquisition in spite of (or...because of?) the robot frog vocals and it'd be disappointing to think of them as just more of those same sad knuckleheads. Oh well.

i don't like inquisition; never heard more than a song by them. and i do not know what 88mm is but it sounds like historical fascist audio clips over robots fucking, judging by this video that was obviously put together by some international 14 year old that wants to impress his friends by how "cool" and "edgy" he is.
If you listen to black metal and are surprised by this, you're an idiot.
Black metal is about hatred, not tolerance.
We're not talking about hatred vs. tolerance, we're talking about whether a particular band endorses one of the many idiocies of mainstream western society, in this case anti-semitism.
I mean, and you might want to sit down for this one, lots of hateful people aren't also anti-semetic dingbats! And on top of that, racists and other bigots are often actually super tolerant of dumb shit that their fellow racists/bigots do. Go figure.
I hope this guy doesn't start looking into Watains past. http://www.metalkingdom.net/album/68455_watain_go_fuck_your_jewish_god
It doesn't really make sense to compare a song from the 90s to something that is supposed to have happened in person a couple of years ago? Come on, trolls. Stay on target.

Black metal is not about bringing people together (unless you're riding coattails), its about having your mom and dad pay for your disco drugs rehab.
Faggixed
I'm on Medicaid and applied for Food stamps plus I don't play in a black metal band. Also I live in Crown Heights (not the jewish part, the poor black part) so you can stop saying how much money I have.

"fuck" everyone who clicked on a link to a "news" "story" on a "metal" "site"
"fuck" everyone who clicked on a link to a "news" "story" on a "metal" "site"
that has the word "probably" in the title.

'Cause if having a questionable past is a big deal, the classy thing is to throw "probably" in the title so you don't actually have to back anything up.

See all that songwriting in there, Heathen Hooligan? That's why your racist band never worked.

This means that Cher throwing whatshishead's vinyl at the Middle East is now retroactively a valiant act of antifascist resistance. ANTIFA troll would approve.
