I'm very happy about the outcome with "The Governor".

I mean, yeah, there were inconsistencies (like what rev said about the shooting/aiming), but name a T.V. show that lasts longer than 1 season and has zero inconsistencies.

What I don't like, is this fucking stupid trend of "half-seasons".

I mean, breaking up a season over a holiday break has always been a thing. I think Lost used to do it, for instance.

I'd take two month breaks between each half of a season, over a full year in between like they did with Breaking Bad and will be doing with Mad Men's final season.

Yeah, the longer the break, the more irritating. 2 months sucks, but it's tolerable. A full year is awful.

Doctor Who is even worse. Season ended in June 2013, and after the X-mas special, they aren't airing the first episode of new season until November 2014

The half season shit sucks, I thought it was a good episode, as well as the last two before it. The Governor episodes were good almost wanted to see him change but he is a psychopath.

Still have American Horror Story to watch on TV in the meantime as well as bullshit on Netflix.

this past one was good. def made up for the gaggle of new lame characters. im glad that little girl pluged that stupid bitch. im glad all that went down. shit was getting to boring in the prision and there were alot of empty characters that needed to be let go. i will say this that giant herd of walkers needs to make an appearnace and kill off some of the other empty characters and WHERE THE FUCK IS CARROL i fighted she would have swooped in on the gov and his gaggle of retards and saved the day hahaha

Never could get into Dr. Who, tried but didn't happen for me. Boardwalk Empire ended, have to wait till February to see the Walking Dead again, then Game of Thrones so I will troll for movies in the meantime, caught Dune on cable last week, and Excalibur last night.

Both Dale and that other girl seemed to know a little bit and were surprised that carrol confessed.

Still have no idea who's making artful displays of small dead animals...

I need to go back and look for the ones near the dead bodies... I don't remember that. And why would someone even do that? If they wanted to do that, they could just do it with Zombies and no one would give a shit.

i'm way more interested in season two of the telltale game. i shit on this show without watching it but did amc do this show right? should i bother to watch this show from the beginning? as someone who likes action/thrillers but doesn't care about zombie or gore films?

Yes, you should watch from the beginning. Some of the best episodes have had no zombies at all.

I understand. Doctor Who ain't for everyone. It's target audience seems to be sci-fi geeks, British people, and Americans who dig the "U.K. Lifestyle" (or at least their comedy).

Being a big Star Wars nerd, and most of my favorite sitcoms and sketch comedy shows being British, Doctor Who was real easy for me to get into.

Me and my girl will often get drunk, and then make some tea and watch a shitload of Doctor Who, Peep Show, Keeping Up Appearances, Black Books, and/or Mr. Bean

I am a sci-fi fan, just some shows/movies dont do it for me but to each his own. Loved the fuck out of Battlestar but hated this spinoff series.

Never watched Talking Dead, but judging from the few snippets I've seen/heard of him speaking, he does seem kind of irritating.

Anyhow, the reboot of BSG is AWESOME!!! there is a thread about it some where. I loved loved loved it. Just don't watch the last episode. It sucked wicked badly. They threw out everything in the entire series and cleared out a million things really badly.

I started watching caprica and it sucked, but at least you got some of the back story. It got cancelled before the second season for a good reason.
