So it's a fest and a half?

toggletoggle post by Burnsy at Oct 17,2012 12:31pm
You bet your bottom half-dollar it is.

That's some old fashioned talk.

So is it safe to say that NH is the Deathcore capital of the world at this point?

toggletoggle post by the_reverend   at Oct 17,2012 12:46pm
you have NH confused with Worcester, tight pants.

LOL, at the Palladium, true. But it does seem like everytime I hear about a deathcore show it's in NH.

toggletoggle post by NH VFW faggot at Oct 17,2012 12:51pm
yo why isn't FRUIT SALAD on this shit?

toggletoggle post by blue  at Oct 17,2012 12:53pm
Wish I wasn't playing in NJ the day one of my favorite death metal bands ever is playing in NH.

This state does tend to spawn some dumb fucking bands.

FRUIT SALAD just added to this show.

toggletoggle post by nekronaut  at Oct 17,2012 5:51pm
Fruit Salad hasn't been a band for a few years now.

FRUIT SALAD reunion just added to this show.

toggletoggle post by xmikex at Oct 18,2012 12:19pm
I'm a little suspicious that Internal Bleeding would come out of nowhere to play a show in NH.

Still...

lol @ internal bleeding still being around, and also just lol @ internal bleeding in general.

toggletoggle post by largefreakatzero at Oct 18,2012 1:29pm
Haha. I think we (Life at Zero) played 2 shows back-to-back with Internal Bleeding -- a Friday night in Queens (I think Pessimist headlined), and then the next night upstate at Saratoga Winners at an all-day clusterfuck fest. We waited all fucking day and we played 2nd to last and IB played last. We loaded shit up and drove back to NH that night, got home like 5am. That had to be at least 10 years ago.

In before cool story bro.

toggletoggle post by Gaybook at Oct 18,2012 2:45pm
This "fest" is a Buckhunter show and that's it.

toggletoggle post by trioxin245  at Oct 18,2012 3:00pm
There was a time when I like Internal Bleeding, and saw them in 99 or so, but that time has passed. Cheesy garbage.

toggletoggle post by largefreakatzero at Oct 18,2012 3:18pm
Late 90s, early 2000s, that style was excusable. Now that it's been done by 400 different "death metal" bands in that era (death metal used loosely) and then completely abused by the metalcore movement (lest we forget), it's just friggin' painful.

toggletoggle post by xmikex at Oct 18,2012 4:12pm
No care bout metalcore.

Driven to Conquer was a chill record. Disagreements will be moshed and died

toggletoggle post by MikeOvDecrepitvde at Oct 18,2012 4:36pm
I remember seeing Internal Bleeding open for Cryptopsy and they destroyed the place. Saw them a few times afterwards and I literally had to walk away. Voracious Contempt will always remain my favorite.

Frank Rini or pussy.

Why is the name of this fest less brutal then the actual NH state modo? I'd rather get hurt then die.

posting a track from the one album we spoke well of that is also from 95 doesnt exactly prove your point haha.

toggletoggle post by xmikex at Oct 18,2012 10:38pm
haha Cryptopsy & IB at the Palladium. I think Goratory opened? As the Sun Sets played the stupidest set ever. Yesterday I didn't know what day of the week it was, but I remember that show in detail.

was that the show where IB vocalist climbed the PA and epic stage dove from like 20ft up?

That was Skinless. You're never going to get interviewed for a local scene documentary with a dubious historical recollection like that.

Hahaha... well I also posted a video of my old band opening for them while I'm wearing a Driven to Conquer shirt onstage, clearly I am a shameless IB fanboy

Ohhhh thats right, my memory aint what it never was. I get all those bands muddled up. When it comes to 'slam' I would muchhhhh prefer shit like Devourment or Regurgitation to Dying Fetus or IB.

Onward to Mecca was totally lame but I'm still down with this.

toggletoggle post by the_reverend   at Oct 20,2012 5:57pm
There are huge tires outside. I tried doing the strong man flip with them. That was fun. If cars weren't in the way, I would have kept going with them.

toggletoggle post by KEVORD  at Oct 20,2012 6:00pm
Sounds like a real bro down. Is everyones shirt off at this point?

How many dudes on their way from the gym?

toggletoggle post by The_reverend   at Oct 20,2012 7:28pm
Well, I just saw some dude get tased. That was pretty cool. I guess there is some group of girls that will zap dudes.

What did he taste like? My guess is like Axe body spray.

I like teeth's new song with out the clean singing.

I also thought atlas collapse was awesome except for the fact that I don't have any of there stuff for my show.

I wish.. I saw a bunch of tasing and stuff. I'm not sure what is up with that.

2 more bands and no fit for an autopsy.

toggletoggle post by thecza  at Oct 21,2012 7:07pm
REV! 7+ years too long my old friend! such a great venue for a band like IB - but such a shame that newjacks today just dont show any respect for a band that was doing this shit when they were still sperm. didnt even look like more then 2 bands stuck around to see the headliner - ah well. seeing you and my IB fellas, and a few other oldies was well worth coming out...take care - we can roll up to the next one 7 years from now im matching wheelchairs haha
