Oct. 2, 2012, LOS ANGELES - "Astral Body," the new single from Between The Buried And Me's forthcoming album The Parallax II: Future Sequence (Oct. 9, Metal Blade Records), is streaming via Spin Magazine's website ( http://www.spin.com/articles/between-the-buried-and-me-astral-body-premiere ).

A video for the song premiered last week via Alternative Press' website and can be viewed on the band's official YouTube page at www.youtube.com/btbamofficial. The eye-catching clip echoes the story singer/songwriter Tommy Rogers laid out over the course of the previously released Parallax EP and the upcoming album, which focuses on two characters: Prospect I and Prospect II.

Exclusive pre-order bundles are available now at www.merchconnectioninc.com/btbam and www.metalblade.com/btbam (the sites have different packages available) with digital pre-orders available via iTunes (http://itunes.apple.com/preorder/id556666908). Clearly you don't use this site, cus if you did, you'd realize I was making a stupid joke hehe.

One traditional buries someone with dirt or soil, so between the buried and me is dirt!

Perfect example of why technically gifted players don't necessarily write good songs. Too much genre salad and not enough badass, good writing.

wow yeah.... sounds like a Guitar Center demonstration clip or something.

25 riffs stapled together doesn't equal songwriting.
