Yeah it's bullshit. The couple things that I have purchased from iTunes haven't stood the test of time. Your Apple account is supposed to store all your purchased media forever. It doesn't. I had an iPod die and needed to restore it and I found that all the stuff I had purchased through iTunes wasn't with the rest of my media. I went to grab it off my iTunes account and of course it's not there. Goodbye stuff I paid money for.
But overall I take the stance I think most RTTP-ers will take: if you don't have the balls to collect physical copies of the music you pretend to love then what do you really deserve?

The twist in this whole lawsuit is when everyone finds out that Bruce Willis' only weakness is water, despite the fact that the Earth's surface is 71% water, and there is water present in Earth's atmosphere, not to mention the air we breathe.
