Nechrist is the weakest I think but it has some good songs. Lunar Poetry has always been a favorite of mine. It's been rereleased like what, 10 times now? It was a cassette demo to begin with from what I remember. I first heard of NM after Goat Horns came out and was immediately hooked. One of my favorite bands by far and got me into folky black metal. |

I always thought Nechrist and To the Gates... sounded very simliar, and I like both.
Goat Horns is definitely the best Nokturnal Mortum album, and also one of my first and favorite BM albums ever. |

The Voice of Steel is one of the finest metal albums ever created. The Weltwhatever album before that was exceptional as well. Never heard Lunar Poetry, earliest I got is the Vampire Lord/Marble Moon release. How does that live album sound? |

I had no idea they had a live album out. Not sure how it sounds. Intersted in hearing it, though. I would to have loved to seen this band live. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY doubt they'd play over here. |

the only one i know is Goat Horns. it is really good but the key work gets a little overbearing, similar to "Moon in the Scorpio" by Limbonic Art. hardly something to complain about though. |
