One by one, lame trolls and anonymous people rise out from behind their anonymity rights on this site, and solely post to annoy others and talk shit. Lame times these are, and even lamer that we have imitation trolls every day. Most of my trolling was and always has been while I was logged in, and it was either the pink elephant in the room, or a playful jab at friends.

Dude, if people spent as much time writing or promoting the actual music, this scene would be amazing. I used to be a daily poster, but like the others said, The trolls are ruining this place and the scene/shows.
I get so angry when bands get signed, or have a tour set up, and everyone just fucking talks shit out of jealousy, fuck that shit.
I know us old timers have way more important shit to do than sit and talk smack all day, so yeah, that's why I only post in threads about my bands, and even then I try to stay out of it.

My point about the Jealousy thing is, I cant spell the bands name, something like Vattier or something. They got signed to Century Media, and they had like a 3000000 post thread dissing their sucess... I mean wtf is that? There are bands I dont like, and genres for that matter, but I wish anyone sucess in the metal scene, especially in NE. I know exactly how hard it is to "make it" if thats what one would concider "making it" because, lets face it, there is NO money in metal and mother fuckers have to work their asses off to get to that point. To me, regardless if I like them or not, I at least have to say congrats and good luck to them you know?

Most of us have kids, work and other daily BS, so sifting is just something I dont have time for. My point is, I dont want to waste my time reading this crap to stay informed about my local scene, therefore, I miss shows and other events, which, weakens the scene IMHO.

There has always been a lot of trolling on this site, and shit-talking has been ever-present, but I do agree that it has reached some pretty low standards lately. There is some seriously malicious butthurt going on.
