At least on the GOP side of things, they all can't help saying shit that they wind up taking back. It's one wtf after another. Romney's wife just said that she "doesn't consider herself wealthy." Like it's so hard to admit that you're quite obviously privileged. I shouldn't bother getting into quoting all of them, you've heard enough if you're keeping up with news. Obama's competition looks like a flock of fail, and not that he's the savior that everyone made him out to be in cult of personality-thon '08, because he's had his fair share of fuckups too. Every election comes and goes with even worse choices than the last. I guess the point of this post is that the thought of never having another rich white male president is conceivable, and would troll the south pretty hard.

I feel like a statement like that would come from an advisor to make an attempt for them to look like "everyday people" that the general public can relate to. What they fail to realize is the general public will see right through that complete bullshit. |
