New PC is being assembled tomorrow when the case arrives. Dropped a grand on this bitch. I've been out of the pc gaming world for about 7 years. What games should i be getting other than Skyrim, Witcher 1 and 2 and Borderlands.

Also I will play TFC TF 2 or Counterstrike with you nigs anytime.

the PC I want is currently 1.8K with an i7-3960X.. though I could settle for a i7-3930x, but who wants to do that.

I just built a machine with an i7-2600k. I haven't OC'd it yet and it's already more CPU power than I need. Does not bottleneck the dual OC'd GTX 580's at all.

I totally forgot that MSD is all balls no cock. The i7-3 series is so bad ass. I can't wait for an ivy bridge laptop. I just saw this today

but a laptop with a i7-3930K or i7-3960X! want. the CPU bench marks put that processor not just at over 5x all of my current PCs combined, but 5x all my that I have ever owned put together.

One awesome game that will make use of that hardware is Amnesia: Dark descent. Best psych/survival horror game in years.

Also definitely play wWitcher 2, the first one is only worth playing for the story (the rest kinda blows)

Really Witcher 1 isnt worth playing even for 10 bucks, with the "enhanced edition, updated graphics and DLCs? I thought it looked pretty good. Also i was planning on playing it first before 2.
Already beat Fallout 3 on ps3. Mass Effect I might try. But i am not a big fan of Bioware games. Dragon Age 1 and 2 was horrible shit. I know that all their games are kinda similar in structure, but ME does look a lot better.

Give Mass Effect a try. It hits it's stride in the second game. I hear you on Dragon Age, 1 was okay because it sort of resembled Baldur's Gate, second one was awwwwfulll.
