I hope this doesn't suck.

show is m'eh at best. it's like a big old jump to conclusions map.

Things that bugged me: the CGI-ness of the dragonflies & other stuff was too, too obvious, even for a TV show without a blockbuster budget. Despite being found-footage style, there were too many shots that obviously didn't have an in-world cameraman.

Personally, I'm bored by monster-stalking-and-attacking-characters bit. The first half was kind of a drag because of it.

But I'm a total sucker for scary-shit-in-woods-at-night stuff, no matter how unoriginal it is, I'm there every time, so I LOVED the whole dolls-in-trees sequence and would happily watch ten more episodes like that.

I'll give this at least one more week to hook me but it needs to get me to care about the main characters more. They clearly tried, but it fell a little short this time.

This show is pretty lame, what's up with the CGI dragonflies and wounds? Also they start getting attacked very early and everything is rushed, don't even see how a 4th or 5th episode would be even possible. Weak.
