it had a lot of awesome moments, but overall was a B- episode.
The whole strict agnostic thing was hilarious and also ripping on dr pepper.

were they mocking themselves because of too many topical episodes?

The back and forth between Cartman and the child services guy was pretty good. One of my favorite episodes in a while.
