Thanks man. Vegas Lounge is a really narrow venue so they guys there will ask you to keep your gear outside of the side door until you play. They're wicked laid back guys, but usually have things move at a quick pace to have the bands play at their scheduled times but don't make you feel like they're slavedrivers.

I saw you at that Rockos show too, and I was wondering what inspired you guys to make the extreme switch in sound? I mean, in most cases people who start new bands with old bandmates have a sound similar to what they were writing previously, but Vattnet compared to HFC is a complete (but better) 180.

I am horny for this. There's also a good show at Champion's in Everett that night. If you're not at one of the two shows you're probably jacking off to Roadhouse in NH

Sounds like a cool place. the Rockos shows can be a bit rushed, so as long as its not THAT bad, we should be able to get a good vibe going. As far as direction, I(chris) joined HFC as a fill in guitar player at first...i've always listened to black metal/doom/sludge type stuff and tried to incorporate a few of those influences in HFC's newer material, although as im sure you know, the way a riff is written and intended to be played is usually not even close to the end result once the full band works through it. in any event, im stoked to be apart of this scene again!

i also hate breakdowns, and what the NH scene has become and figured it needed some hipster black metal.
