The follow-up to 2006's Organic Hallucinosis, Carnival Is Forever is DECAPITATED's fifth studio album, scheduled for release in North America on July 12th and on July 15th in Europe. The album was produced by Wacek "Vogg" Kiełtyka and sound engineered by Malta Arkadiusz Malczewski. Drums & mixing duties were handled by Daniel Bergstrand (Behemoth, Meshuggah, Dimmu Borgir).

With names like 'homo sum' and 'carnival is forever,' I'm expecting to be just as disappointed by this album as I was by OH. The sample tracks were boring as fuck. |

MFR pointed out to me that they mean carne vale in the Roman sense - a big stinking flesh orgy. and i think this track is pretty good, at least it sounds sort of like decapitated. |

I dunno, as a big Decap fan from their demo days (they were all like 15 wtf) I can't really get into this new style they've been working their way into since 'The Negation.'.
To me, their best was when they were writing ridiculously frantic tech death, this Pantera/Meshuggah groove death thing kind of goes over my head. |
