They put up a new snippet preview track on youtube... this band has what, one remaining member? I think the vocals are a weak point, but they have so few in this sampler it's hard to tell...
decapitated is one of my favorite metal bands, period. and i am not disappointed. this...is...awesome. the drummer sounds like a worthy replacement and the vocals sound good. i am so psyched for this release / tour.
the drummer is one nasty fuck, i dont have time to look up the video right now but go check out some promo that they filmed during recording. dude said he had to change his snare head after each song because of the massive dent he was putting it in.

I think I saw the same video clip - kid is indeed an animal.

that sounds like annoying issue to have.

i wish i had that issue, it would mean i was hitting the snare drum hard enough for once

man...i don't know about that. that should not happen. i've had the same head for about 3 months and yeah it's worn down, but not dented. a drum reaches it's maximum volume at a point that's far below your hardest stroke. and especially if you're recording, you can only hit the drum so hard before the microphone doesn't care about the difference.
