This honorable testimony has been taken into account. The low ranking of xmikex was primarily due to his heavy involvement in the ongoing triangle jerk that is the 2011 NFL Draft Thread. The Queen has approved advancement of xmikex to two slots above RustyPS, whose football commentary is clearly of inferior quality. Also, a new slot has been created for xgodzillax's shit, just above Lamp; it should be noted that anything that decides to vacate the vicinity of xgodzillax must be possessed of some intelligence. Her Majesty did not approve advancement of xgodzillax; something about how he reminds her of those Beethoven movies.

arilliusbm has demonstrated his keen intellect through numerous posts, the beauty of which have brought grown men to their knees, where they must drown in the swirling, dark waters of their own tears. These posts have been inscribed onto stone tablets by monks in central Cambodia, who use their own shinbones as chisels. hahahaha. In the original rankings I was somehow ranked above Ouchdrummer, who has always struck me as an intelligent dude, and MSD who is an extremely knowledgeable IT consultant. So I never took my ranking as an insult.

A lot of these rankings strike me as rather arbitrary, save for the Aril top slot and Hoser and beelze at the very bottom anyway, but there are a few headscratchers in the lot.
Not a useful intelligence test. He has computer paranoia and low self-confidence in that area, but doesn't lack brains.

i deal all day long with people who build computers and make 6 figure salaries but lack even the most basic common sense when it comes to well.. anything. specifically finances. fuckin-a.
Ark: Many PhDs suffer from having gone through high school, studying all the time, then to college, studying all the time, and finally to grad school, studying all the time. They often miss real world experiences, including normal jobs (everyone should work as a grocery stocker, in construction, in food service or in sales once in their lives). As a result, they are often 100% useless outside of their topic area.
Fuck: I've seen the same thing. They are very specialized. They may be smart, but you'd never know from watching them try to mow a lawn, buy a toilet or converse with a woman. Having spent most of my life having no topics of conversation but D&D and Unix, I feel their pain, but recommend getting the hell out of the library for a few hours every week. It's not like socialization is rocket science, especially after one has mastered concurrent threading in C++
