Looking to offload my Rogue 5-string bass if anyone is interested in a cheap functional bass to dick around on. I was using it as my backup, but I'm getting a new one and really have no use for it. Here's the craigslist posting:

I'm tempted...I've always wanted a bass just to fuck around on. I've owned a few guitars for years, but generally had the feeling I'd be better off holding down the low end.

Yes, but I only plan to use the 1st...pooooossibly the 2nd strings. I also plan to perform multiple behind the head bass flips as well.

a neat little trick is to just make every one of the 8 strings the same as the low A string. this is how professionals make heavy music.

Obviously my biased opinion, but I've always favored more towards the bass and drums side of things myself as well. The bass is a rhythm instrument, after all. Besides, the low end is where all the fun happens...amirite?
