toggletoggle post by largefreakatzero at Sep 3,2010 12:19pm
Those things bring the lulz.

toggletoggle post by largefreakatzero at Sep 3,2010 12:20pm
Ugh, now I have guns on the brain. I shouldn't go, I'll get too excited and buy something I don't really need for alot of $.

toggletoggle post by the_reverend   at Sep 3,2010 12:24pm
one of the DJs at WUNH just got certified to teach police firearms. he also showed me his license to kill people at the base he trains at.

toggletoggle post by menstrual_sweatpants_disco   at Sep 3,2010 12:28pm
I still want my license.

toggletoggle post by largefreakatzero at Sep 3,2010 3:56pm
Get it u will.

toggletoggle post by menstrual_sweatpants_disco   at Sep 3,2010 4:38pm
Maybe. Maybe not. I have to wrangle up some money to take a 1 or 2 day long NRA or state police sanctioned safety course, then pass a test, and THEN I can APPLY for a Class A or B license. Then wait and see if the police chief in my town feels like granting me the license.

I'm really considering going to this. It has been my goal to own my own firearm at some point this year.

toggletoggle post by largefreakatzero at Sep 3,2010 9:20pm
Aren't you in the armed forces in some capacity? You definitely need at least one firearm in your possession. If you don't go to the show, just go to a gun shop -- most hold plenty of wonderful treasures.

I'm there tomorrow at 9am sharp. Hello ugly next month's credit card bill...

Move to NH. Problem solved.

Yes I am.

I need money to get the permit and stuff before I can think about what kind of gun I want. I want to go to this show but I don't have a way up there at the moment.

Permit? I thought you lived in NH? Need a permit, you do not.

I picked up a used 16ga pump - Remington Wingmaster. It's light and fits me well. Also has the Remington Poly-Choke - you twist the end to adjust your choke tube. Unique and for the right $.

You can buy any legal gun you want in NH, whether it's a handgun or long gun. You just fill out the paperwork, they call the feds, if your record's clean, you take gun home. If you want to carry concealed, you go to your town's PD, fill out paperwork with references, they run a background check (2 weeks), and usually with a clean record, you get your carry permit. I can't remember if they charge a small fee for the carry permit, if they do, it's nominal.

Those things are definitely overload on the senses. There was alot of shit there, but also some good stuff -- did you see the surplus guys with the Nazi helmets for like $300 to $700?

needs more Barret M107 IMO

toggletoggle post by largefreakatzero at Sep 6,2010 10:42am
$10,000? Ouch. Thing is quite bad-ass though.

toggletoggle post by the_reverend   at Sep 6,2010 1:23pm
in NH, you dont need anything for a 22. 22 just screams "hard way to die"

toggletoggle post by reimroc at Sep 6,2010 7:25pm
.22 + high velocity ammo + silencer = i'm fucking jason bourne.

toggletoggle post by ouchdrummer   at Sep 7,2010 9:28am
I want an ACR. I obviously would have NOTHING to do with it when i got it, but it would be nice to have around when the Zombie Apocolypse comes.
