Anyone heard their new album yet? Some of the best melodic black metal I've heard this year. I've had "I Vantan Pa..." stuck in my head for days now.

Don't really care for the first song on there. It's also the first song on the album.

I just listened to their demo tracks on youtube. I think those sound a bit better. But demos always sound better with BM.

not sure since all borknagar is sort of cheesy, no? that's what I like about borknagar.

I described it in my review of being somewhere in between Dawn and Naglfar.

the only dawn I have is slaughtersun and this sounds nothing like that. I can see the naglfar compare. I would say it's between naglfar and borknagar.

I still don't hear the Bork connection. Borknagar has always been heavily keyboard-driven. I think prog when I think Borknagar.
