holy fuck after reading all of those in succession i started to gag. so disgusting. i don't eat as well as i should, but knowing i don't consume any of that makes me feel pretty good about how i eat. only the beer is bad, but i don't drink heavy beer often. only Guinness, and that's pretty good compared to the others.
Doesn't matter. Having one of these a week doesn't hurt anybody. I know damn right well that when I drink one of those, I'm consuming that much sugar.

I don't drink any of those, but I did work at Starbucks. I've made much more unhealthy drinks than what they listed.
