I have the opportunity to request this change.
As I get older, getting up at 7am for work gets harder and harder.

You would think the audience would be a little larger during that time slot.

toggletoggle post by ouchdrummer   at Apr 19,2010 9:51am
i think the answer would be:
Obviously

toggletoggle post by sinistas   at Apr 19,2010 9:52am
Yeah, seriously.

toggletoggle post by DreadKill  at Apr 19,2010 9:53am
as long as you're not jay leno-ing someone, go for it.

toggletoggle post by brian_dc  at Apr 19,2010 9:57am edited Apr 19,2010 9:57am
Even better if you are Jay Leno-ing someone, I say.

Be a villain.

toggletoggle post by ouchdrummer   at Apr 19,2010 10:09am
who knows, maybe if you Jay Leno someone, then that person can go get a job on Satelite radio for a lot more money and George Lopez can share their time slot.

basically, my long time friend and DJ, lord bass is taking his show off the air on 5/17/10. he's been in the spot before me for about a decade. It's bitter sweet as part of my monday night has been dealing with this guy forever. I will miss him, but I think it's an opportunity for my tuesdays to not suck as badly.

toggletoggle post by ouchdrummer   at Apr 19,2010 10:48am
so yeah, obviously take it.

toggletoggle post by BrianDBB  at Apr 19,2010 10:48am
Take it... any censorship restrictions with the time slot?

toggletoggle post by Martins   at Apr 19,2010 10:51am
Yes, I would probably listen to it more often then.

It would be possible for me to listen more. I only remember about once every three weeks that you do it, then more than half that time, it's too damn late.

we are already no-safe harbor so we arent suppose to ever play swears. but i would be extra careful with what i played from 9-10 since that is not in FCC safe harbor hours.

toggletoggle post by timma at Apr 19,2010 11:21am
Yes, yes, and more yes.

DO EEET!

toggletoggle post by Alx_Casket  at Apr 19,2010 11:36am
I would listen to more than just the opening if you switched to an earlier slot.

toggletoggle post by the_reverend   at Apr 19,2010 11:59am
I've sent out a bunch of emails to the "right people" saying that I would probably like to do this.

toggletoggle post by Sacreligion at Apr 19,2010 12:46pm
New England needs more metal shows that are on before midnight. Worcester has one on WCHC but the dude plays like Nonpoint mixed in with Opeth.

toggletoggle post by demondave at Apr 19,2010 1:25pm
I usually do not listen to your show until I can download it. For a while my work schedule had me going to be before your show even started, which sucked cause I liked chiming in on the threads to show support.

toggletoggle post by MillenialKingdom  at Apr 19,2010 6:11pm
Yes, definitely do this. It seems more logical that way.

toggletoggle post by scumfuck at Apr 19,2010 6:28pm
This makes no difference to me because i listen on my day off (tuesday) online. If it makes it easier for you then fuckin do it man. good luck

toggletoggle post by the_taste_of_cigarettes  at Apr 19,2010 7:14pm
I am usually asleep by the time it goes on, so big ups for yes.

toggletoggle post by Pires at Apr 19,2010 7:56pm
I'd say yes. But why would it be 9-12, when the show now begins at 11? Are they going to do an entire programming overhaul?

toggletoggle post by the_reverend   at Apr 19,2010 8:08pm
Cause I would go on 3 hours like it is now, but from 9-12 in stead of 11-2am

toggletoggle post by Pires at Apr 19,2010 8:23pm
DO IT U WONT

toggletoggle post by reimroc at Apr 19,2010 8:23pm
doesnt really matter to me i'll listen either way.

toggletoggle post by Death_Metal_Jim at Apr 19,2010 11:27pm

That show only furthers the stereotype that George Lopez is funny

I just got an email saying that someone else wants to take over the electronica show and that rttp would stay where it was. I offered that they should move the electronica show to 12am to 2am and give me 9pm to 12am. I have my fingers crossed, but I'm really realyl bumped out by this.
