HIRUDINEA sounded pretty awesome... Ffej's kicks sounded a bit echo-y out of the PA, maybe loose drumheads? I haven't heard "Asphyxiated In Blue Gas" in a few years, I'm sure Angela and Jerr-bear were stoked for the dedication!

Didn't have any expectations about BORN OF THUNDER, but they were pretty good; I supposed I'd have to call them a HC band overall, but they had some sweet RnR grooves as well. THC-tested, beer-approved!
