I think all other asian food bests chingrease. I still dig it though and have a certain affinity for fried dumplings. Hence my vote.

me too. Fried dumplings with soy sauce are very very good. Although i can get very very sick of them.

My main problem with chinese food, is that their idea of hot spice is usually mild. Most other asian food can come a lot spicier. Especially Indian food.

Edit: dumplings rule though.

Hell yeah. Indian is hands down my fav. food. You cannot match a good korma (hot and spicy) with beef, shrimp or paneer. Shit is killing me thinking about it.
