Haha - we've actually had all this planned out for years, we just never made it official until now. Tents + buffet in my folks' back field, oceans of beer and prolly her dad's band (until guests start getting drunk enough to pick up instruments). Party of the century. (Between my family, her family, and "the family," we're probably talking a couple hundred people. Ridiculous.)

wow Steve, congratulations. your woman is awesome, one of the rare instances. this will be one of those rare relationships that doesn't change due to marriage, it's just to make it official. i had a friend in the same situation, they've been married for years now, and are still as happy as they ever were.
