Goatwhore joins forces with DevilDriver and Suffocation on “Bound By The Road” tour in 2010!
The mighty Goatwhore will be returning to the road in 2010 with veteran metal icons, DevilDriver and Suffocation! This will be their first tour back in North America following their upcoming European tour and is continuing the support for what is fast becoming their defining album, Carving Out The Eyes Of God. The Onion's avclub.com declares Carving… as one of the top 30 metal albums of the decade and comments: “Ben Falgoust's vocals and lyrics go way, way over the top, and Sammy Duet's guitars sound more savage than ever. Both a culmination and a progression, Goatwhore reminds listeners why metal has a reputation for being terrifying.”

And, as always, Goatwhore will be equipped with their always tight, always furious, engaging live show, led by Ben Falgoust's commanding presence and Sammy Duet's one-man guitar attack. Zack Simmons' on drums and new addition, James Harvey on bass, provide one of the tightest and most caustic rhythm sections in metal. This will be a tour not to miss.

well at least they wont have to hire a...
...person to operate in a safe and proficient manner, the controls of the motor vehicle that will be carrying the bands and their equipment on tour.

this band never ceases to amaze me with their continued existence

Which is a shame, 'cause nobody deserves to hit a patch of Swedish black ice like those dorks.

agreed, except that if you carry the analogy to its logical conclusion, the surviving members just start playing quasi biker butt rock and advertise every POS new album as "returning to their roots"

I dislike Devildriver even more than Goatwhore. What a bad tour. I remembering seeing "dez" and company open for Opeth back in 2003 or so and it was god fucking awful.
