i dunno, drummer/vocal changes happen all the time within bands. I hate to say it, but usually when the riffage (guitarist) changes in a band THAT'S when i feel like they should change names.

I'm not sure. The music is little quirky and his vocals will definitely be a departure.

you can tell just by the photo that Forgotten Souls reeks of nu-metal. hopefully this guy steps up to the plate, anything will be better than the last guy. he ruined Organic Hallucinosis for me. i thought that album wasn't too spectacular, but with Sauron singing it would have been so much more enjoyable.

Really? I honestly LOVE organic. I know it's way groovier & catchier then the rest, but it's still tops in my book.

First 2 albums were my favorite. The Negation is ok. Organic has its moments and those moments are really good. I hope the new singer doesn't suck..

New Decapitated will fucking rule. Vogg wrote all the songs, that guy knows what he's doing. I doubt the new vocalist will have any influence on the writing process. I do agree that these other bands are awful, but it will probably work out.

i think when a band loses it's main songwriter or a very unique member, they should change the name.

I never liked Decapitated as a whole. They had a few awesome songs here and there but overall, I never got into them.

we almost did a decapitated cover. Me/damon learned it, and the other dudes were supposed to, but never did. It was Day69 from organic.

Our Spheres of Madness cover ruled. We played at some high school benefit thing.

both awesome songs. there are a lot of awesome songs off of the first two albums as well a quite a few off of the negation and organic hallucinosis that are great. usually people hate on spheres of madness as far as "bad" decapitated songs go.

Spheres of madness is the raining blood of death metal. Everyone and their mother covers it.

Best show was Dover Brickhouse. Only people there to see us were The Summoned and DBB. That show ruled.

The only reason why the benefit whatever show isn't my number 1 is because that's when I first met Yuqi Hu.

When a band changes nearly all of it's members I think it's time to change the name. Like Sepultura for example, has no original members left so now all they are is a cover band going by the name.
