Apparently a big FFXIII announcement at 10:30 today. Maybe a NA/EU release date. I'm psyched for this game. There have not been enough RPGs on the PS3, my main/only "next-gen" system.

XIV will probably be my first MMO. A few friends and I are planning to start it all together.

Just a fair warning, its asain(obviously) so chances are its going to be super grindy like FFXI was.

I don't mind. The FF worlds have always been so immersive so I'll probably just enjoy the crazy looking Cactuars.

I play a soldier mainly for defense and offense when needed. I play the demoman a lot to but I rarely go offense with him. usually stay on the D.

I only do D if it's a close game . It's so easy to make it to the flag as a demoman; especially when ff is off and you can launch your teammates up into the battlements.

Are you more of a grenade player or pipe player with your demo? I've always done better aiming a couple pipes then exploding them at the right time compared to trying to lob grenades the enemy.

grenades in this post = blue launcher not your actual grenades

pipe all the way. In the old days when I had a slower connection I used nades with the launcher for obvious reasons.
I'm pretty good at priming regular nades though. I hate how they added the beep say, 6 or 7 years ago though.

The frontline medic is my game. I have that shit down.

i like the beep. when you're trying to do 5 different things it helps not having to count to 3 then throw. just listen to the beeps.
