bennyhillifier

I have the digitally remastered box set and it is amazing. 1 looks like a movie that could have been made now. This looks like they are remaking 1 and 2 into on movie minus the scene with the bus.

toggletoggle post by oscarct  at Sep 28,2009 10:18am
Looks ok. Out of all the remakes/reboots, this will be the hardest to win me over.

toggletoggle post by SkinSandwich at Sep 28,2009 10:48am
One, two, sodomize a jew, three four, rape a whore, five, six, bitch sit on my stick.

toggletoggle post by FuckIsMySignature at Sep 28,2009 11:02am
i'm gonna go out on a limb here and say this will suck large amount of watery shit.

toggletoggle post by SkinSandwich at Sep 28,2009 11:07am
yes, watery pond algea shit.

toggletoggle post by narkybark   at Sep 28,2009 11:32am
It looks like a literal remake, why bother? If you're gonna reboot, give us something new or don't.

It's also a little odd how Mr. Haley is actually trying to sound like Robert Eng. with his accent...

Or am I too old to realize that the current teens will not have seen the original NOES?

I hate to say it buddy.... but that might be it. I know i'm barely old enough to have seen them coming up, and i'm 28. So the young "movie-goer" market probably has not seen them.

is this a joke?

seeing the Halloween 2 remake makes me skeptical of any other horror remake

it took that to make you skeptical? wow.

toggletoggle post by RustyPS  at Sep 28,2009 6:11pm
well I typically don't see remakes of horror movies, so yes lol

toggletoggle post by FuckIsMySignature at Sep 28,2009 6:12pm
heres a hint: they all suck

toggletoggle post by RustyPS  at Sep 28,2009 6:20pm
....which is why I don't see them, but H2 proved that beyond a shadow of a doubt

toggletoggle post by demondave at Sep 28,2009 6:33pm

I am a big fan of Robert Englund, but I will still see this. I think it will be fun.

People are too anal on the whole remake issue. I liked the Halloween remakes. I especially don't understand what was so sacred about Halloween II. I have never in my whole life ever heard someone say, "Holy fuck Halloween II is my favorite movie of all time".

Oh, and if you like Robert Englund see Zombie Strippers. It is wonderfully bad.

toggletoggle post by immortal13 at Sep 28,2009 6:43pm
I thought the remake of Texas Chainsaw Massacre was pretty good. Other than that the majority has sucked.

The thing I hate most is that they apparently changed his face to make him look more like a burn victim. This movie is the ultimate fail.

toggletoggle post by lbpvd at Sep 28,2009 7:00pm
ill give it a shot...it is only a movie after all. Nightmare on Elm st Dream Warriors (#3) was the best one by far.

toggletoggle post by Assparade at Sep 28,2009 7:34pm
Wow this looks stupid. Nobody can beat Rob as Freddie. He was the fucking duke!

toggletoggle post by reimroc at Sep 28,2009 7:45pm
i don't know. nothing can top robert englund as well as the original movies style. freddy was sadistic but also comedic at the same time.

"Now you're playing with POWER!"

Halloween II is my all time favorite movie.

toggletoggle post by In Flames at Sep 28,2009 8:14pm
The new one. I didn't know it was a remake. I just went cause I'm a big fan of Rob Zombie movies. I brought a girl to it and she ended up sitting with some other friends who were there instead of me.

toggletoggle post by Dankill at Sep 28,2009 10:25pm
welcome to prime time, bitch!

toggletoggle post by the_reverend   at Sep 28,2009 10:44pm
rob zombie is the worst. all his movies are TERRIBLE.

toggletoggle post by Yeti at Sep 29,2009 7:27am
i'll stand by House, but otherwise i agree. he has failed miserably at everything after House. Halloween was an abomination, i will not disgrace my eyes by watching part 2. they turned Michael Myers, the embodiment of pure evil, into a pussy little bitch who is lashing out because mommy and daddy didn't love him. Donald Pleasance is rolling around in his grave.

toggletoggle post by JDDomnli at Sep 29,2009 9:01am
this looks like it could go either way. It could be good and refreshing or a complete disappointment. I'm a huge fan of the old ones, I've seen everyone of them so i'll see this. and btw I'm 22. age is no excuse for not seeing these movies.

toggletoggle post by xgodzillax  at Sep 29,2009 9:10am
micheal bay ruins horror films

If only we could stop this or warn the world...
funny that he as then edward scissorhands.

He's the one who got sucked into his bed and then large amounts of blood cascades to the ceiling. The original was fucking scary when I first saw it ( I was 9 or 10). This might be worth checking out even though I'll scrutinize the shit out of it as I compare it to the original. No shit that's the Rorschach dude?

toggletoggle post by Yeti at Feb 26,2010 3:27pm
yeah Johnny Depp has one of the best deaths ever. i found one of those Best Buy "4 movies for X amount of money" with the first 4 Nightmare on Elm St. for like 8 bucks, all of them are awesome. especially the second one.

toggletoggle post by MillenialKingdom  at Feb 26,2010 4:04pm
Michael Bay? Are you serious?

toggletoggle post by Sacreligion at Feb 26,2010 4:08pm
There will somehow be an "underneath a low flying helicopter/plane" shot in this movie. I don't know how he'll squeeze it in there, but he will.
