While the bands aren't required to sell tickets, the number of tickets sold will have an effect on when they play. If anyone wants tickets for this, please let me know. They're $10 for a 2-day pass, but if you wait until the day of the show, it will be $12 at the door (for just one night). Several bands are selling tickets for this, so if you want to go, make sure you get them in advance before the door sells out.

This thing is actually turning into a real nightmare. We thought it'd be fun, we were told there was no mandatory ticket selling which is why we did it, and now I get 2-3 phone calls a week from some woman asking me how ticket sales are going. Some of the calls are after 10pm when I am in bed.
So we are on the fence about this. If you need to cancel something important to come see us or whatever, I guess don't bother. We'll show up, but now they are saying there is a "problem" with "low ticket sales".

Unless they need like Super duper audio recording for their footage and what not, I cant imagine why they would bring in a sound man. It would make more sense to backline the equipment, since not all these bands will be able to fit everything up in that area next to the stage, and pull of set changes in good timing etc. |

Zircon was awesome, as i expected. bummer that HYEO dropped off, i don't know who any of the other bands were, but none were really that good. Mistress Juliya is a waste of life, she was pretty much completely ignored by everyone. it was glorious. |
