Comes out for Xbox on September 22nd. The gameplay videos are pretty sick, ODST's Firefight mode should be a cool spin on the Horde/Survival gametype. Playing as an ODST rather than the Master Chief should be a badass departure for the franchise.

i do like how its more like a "war" game based on the big picture of things then just focusing on the missions of one man(master chief). The trailer reminded me a lot of the single-player portions of the Call of Duty games.

i'm also looking foward to the ballad of gay tony. gotta love rockstar.

i'll end up getting this, i never cared for halo multiplayer (there are much better multi shooters for PC) but i always liked solo or co-op in halo. ALMOST stands up to half-life, almost.

The campaign and firefight is what its all about in Halo. I love the story and ODST's promises to be the most interesting storytelling they've done yet.

Also they're all speaking Hungarian in the trailer. Fucking badass.

Picking this up tuesday

Picked this up at midnight and spent about an hour in campaign and played one game of Firefight. I'd say its probably going to be worth a full game's price.

Found myself yelling "Holy shit there's another 5 camo guys behind you!" at my teammate more than I ever thought I would.

going to try and finish this on legendary

preordered i with release day shipping will be running through it... ARK i absolutely agree about PC having better shooters but as far as console shooters go there isn't much competition aside from Call of Duty and Gears of War for online multiplayer and those are both different types of shooters... also CoD doesn't support 4 person split screen on live(or even 2 person fo rthat matter)

I liked 1 and 2...but 3 kinda disappointed me. I'm not sure why exactly, but I just wasn't as into it as I was with 1 and 2. I'm not getting this, I want to read what people have to say about it after it comes out...and when the price cuts in half
