don't take my word for it. some people love it.
I just don't think it's deep enough to even be considered true sci-fi. its message was more political than anything. ebert pretty much said the same thing in his review.

It is nice to think aliens exist, but the crop circle shit is bull. I have seen many articles and programs that show how people make these things. Why would aliens travel so far to show of their fucking artwork? Spare me. Plus with the technology we have today and the clear images many cameras produce these days at least a few people would have come up with a VERY clear picture and/or video of a UFO by now. But alas, once again all the ones that do come out are still "grainy" and shaky at best. Do i think there is other life out there? Yes. The universe is way to unimaginably vast and endless for there not to be. Us puny scum fuck primitive pieces of shit cannot be the only living things around.
