For the purpose of this show, it will be (big) Anthony, Mike, myself and I think the same dude who played drums at the last CB Metal Thursday appearance in January, who may or may not be the original drummer. I don't know my CB history as well as I should.

Should be some new CB material unleashed as well as the old favorites.

Covenance is devastating live, Scaphism's debut should be amazing with its super-group like status, and Severed Survival is always good for opening the show with some killer old-school DM.

Oh I know Chris was in bands before, but I remember asking him not too long ago when he would play in a band again and he said he didn't know or something. Or was it that in reference to Zircon. I don't remember exactly.

I guess I'm the fill-in bassist for Coffin Birth when Nick is busy with Powerglove.... this would be the 2nd time I've stepped in.

There's a good chance this will be my only time playing live with a band in 2009. This show will be almost a year to the day since the last time I played live. Can't wait!

Chris, you may as well be permanent, because as long as Powerglove is in operation, I don't think any of them are doing other projects.

And there should definitely be more Coffin Birth shows - 2 in 2 years isn't enough!

I just don't think it's a coincidence that once Metal Kombat came out that Nick stopped doing shows with CB.

Mark is the name of the drummer for coffin birth. i'd love to see coffin birth play more shows, especially with chris on bass. i don't get the chance to see chris onstage very much anymore. i spoke to Anthony the other night about a possible show with coffin birth, something i need to discuss further with scott and the other DS dudes.

Just got the unfortunate news that Covenance is cancelling all upcoming US shows, including this one. Apparently they lost a band member.

As of now their slot on this show is open - will announce a replacement soon hopefully.
