I'm thinking about it. I'll need to find a way to come up with the money to rent it AND if the turn out is really well I'll pay every band. My birthday gift to the scene. I would really love for it to be an AMAZING turn out then the bands will get a better kick back at the door...we all need it.

Does NH suck with nobody going to shows ever or something? I see a lot of these shows with bands having to sell tickets.

A lot of NH kids are just in it for the scene points. Promoters are just looking to make a buck and that's why NH isn't really a state bands willingly come to play. There's not much of a draw here.

IWEIPH played Rocko's and there was I think one NH band on the show and it was a good turnout. I always just assumed this is the way it was over there. If you need bands to sell tickets it means the show sucks.

Usually shows at Rocko's do suck.

We played there for the first time this past weekend and it was a blast! Sold a shit load of shirts, really cheap bar downstairs... and PLENTY of good friends showed up! I definitely couldn't complain about this place at all.

It's not the venue itself I have a problem with, it's the fact that the shows are apparently poorly promoted because there are hardly anyone there. The selling tickets thing doesn't even guarantee that people will show up. The bar downstairs is pretty badass though.

So basically the same lineup that they have every three weeks?

Psytoxia first show in New England was at Rocko's. The one with TYAG. There was an awesome turnout for that. We had fun, especially in that downstairs bar.

Pretty sure I was there too. I definitely saw TYAG there. One of my favorite bands hands down. I listened to "Slowly Peeling..." yesterday while stretching for a run at 10pm. What other bands was that guitar player in (not mark)? I love the riffs on that album, perfect slam/grind.

And about this show, I'd like to see Machine Language, been meaning to. And also don't start it at 2pm like most of them (the ones with 15 bands). I work Saturdays and would be inclined to go if the shows started later.

I dont think Millenial Kingdom knows what he is talking about. I just did a show in Manchester, Spent $350.00 on advertising and promoting it and it sold out 2 hours after i opened the doors. Please dont talk shit if you dont know what your talking about. Rocko's is an amazing place. Anyone can play there. However it is not cheap. 99% of promoters make bands sell tickets. DEAL WITH IT!

And steve id be down to renting Rocko's to you. Your a good dude and a very good bass platyer. Lets talk tomorrow and we can figure out a reasonable and affordable price.

The other guitarist is Pat. He wrote more of the slammier / weirder shit on slowly peeling as well as suicide as self expression. I've done a bunch of projects with him. At one point me and him were writing some pretty ridiculous shit with Mark doing gurgles over it all.

I drink between bands when we have played there. The make my way upstairs when I hear one start up.

I miss when the bar was upstairs to, and I could drink without having to move up and down stairs.

I'm always bummed when the bar is seperated at the venue. I prefer to drink a beer at our merch table.
