I think it's pretty stupid. If you're playing on the floor of a fucking warehouse to a bunch of crust, grind, punk and hardcore kids, getting hit should be expected. A large man dislocated me knee at a show and I kept going. Kids these days.

I've gotten punched, kicked, backhanded, knocked over, had my cables ruined, etc and never ended a set over it. Pretty weak, even for a girl.
