New site? Maybe some day.

this is the debut album of the project featuring Kenny Hickey on guitar and vocals with Johnny Kelly on drums, both of Type O Negative. i really like it, its nothing outstanding but its a very enjoyable listen. nothing about it sounds like any cheap TON ripoffs, its a Sabbath-esque doomy rock sort of thing with Crowbar/Down influenced riffwork. Kenny's voice makes me laugh, he has of the most unique vocals i've ever heard. my only complaint is that the snare drum sounds very processed at a few points, but overall i have no qualms about this. |

hm... I got this and didn't listen. |
|
i didn't think Kenny could pull off doing lead vocals, he has that high pitched abrasive sawtooth sound, but he does well. |
|
who else is in the band with him? |
|
some guy named Hank Hell and another guy named Matt, i don't know what other bands they are in. |

Seventh Void opened the Carnivore show at Toads Place that those Catalyst niggers played a couple years ago. I put footage of them doing "Kill All The White People" with a very inebriated Pete Steele (and a bunch of watermelon) up on Youtube. I'd post a link but that would take effort. |

funny story about that, i was standing in the 21+ section with a friend who is about a foot shorter than me, and when Peter Steele started throwing the watermelon a piece flew way out and hit my friend square in the face. he didn't see it coming, his glasses went flying, i could not stop laughing for a good 20 minutes after that. the thing exploded and covered him in watermelon chunks. he was very proud to have been hit in the face by watermelon thrown by Peter Steele during Kill All the White People. |
