2 is objectively a better movie but sometimes 1 is what you're in the mood for.

Both great, but I would have to go with 2. shit was mindblowing when it came out haha

See, the James Cameron sequel thing is funny, 'cause then you've got Alien(s), where 1 is hands-down the better movie, yet still sometimes I need the Hollywood blockbuster explosions and Hudson quotes of the sequel over the stylish noir of the original.

Terminator 2 defined the over the top action genre. Iconic untouchable film.

While i think the original is a great movie, i think the second was literally groundbreaking. The second is still one of my favorite action movies of all time.

Alien = Aliens = Terminator 2 = best sci-fi/action movies ever

the first Matrix movie gets an honorable mention in my book.

i heard they are gonna remake Terminator 2 because everyone likes it so much. It will be called Terminator 2.5

terminator 1 for the win. more grusome and dark to me. i love 2 as well though.

i watched T1 in high def...that was a mistake. Terminator one can only be enjoyed through fuzzy and shitty VCR...nothing to do with nostalgia.

T2 def gets my vote and also really enjoyed T3 (saw it 3 times in the theater)

still havent seen part 3..something bout a pg13 terminator flick

as for alien-aliens. they dont even compare alien is a top 10 horror film

wow really on the T3 movie, it's watchable when it's on TBS or something but def would never pay to see it.

Less dated than the first. I still enjoy it, whereas 1, meh... not so much now.

What say you of 3? I liked it. Good ending. I'm looking forward to the new one.

Terminator 1 is a much darker film, but 2 is untouchable in every way. to this day the graphics are better than just about everything released.
