no grill. i fail. i used a skillet at high heat and used Daddy Hinkles marinade and rub http://www.daddyhinkles.com came out awesome. then i sauted some yellow onions in the meat residue and poured a shot of spiced rum on em before scraping up the juice. mint cherry
