I honestly expected nothing since my parents bought me new tires and paid my excise tax that I forgot about. I also told everyone else to not get me anything since I'm too broke to buy shit.
Anywho, I got some fancy clothes to wear to job interviews (woo), snow boots (first pair I've had since age 12), "How To Cook Everything Vegetarian" cookbook, scratch tickets that all won, and about $250 in cash and gift cards. Much better Christmas than I expected. |

I got mostly giftcards and money which is fine by me. My dad got me the first season of Robot Chicken on DVD and a book about UFOs. I also now have more hoodies and chocolate than I'll ever need. |

Oh, and my direct deposit from work went through on Tuesday at midnight. When I checked my balance at the bank, it was better than I expected too. This will definitely help with all the days I asked off to come back up to Rhode Island and to go to a show in Charlotte on Tuesday! |
