We are witnessing a historic season in the making folks. Celtics are now 24-2 and we're climbing up the ladder.
Christmas Day - Lakers vs. Celtics will be fun.
January 9th we play Cleveland as well.
This season will go down in history.
I know how much we have been paying Scal.... and i watch almost every game.... and i also know that he was thought to be much better than he is before we got him..... but WHY did we think that? WHY did we offer him so much money??? OR ANY MONEY AT ALL!?!?

I will not discuss my contract on the internet. I can, however, tell you to look at my college stats. I was very good in college and was believed to have major potential in the NBA. Now I'm just your average white-guy who has his ass on the bench.
i've seen your college stats... and i still think that maybe you being white sealed the contract for you. Up here in Boston there are still a lot of people who want the bird/McHale white dude days back.... like Danny Ainge.,

Been to 4 games so far this season, will be going to more.. great time to be a Celtics fan. And a Bruins fan too for that matter.
Sometimes I wanna post something about the Cs on this board but people don't talk about sports that much here. From now on, I will bump this thread whenever I have some Celtics related comment to post.
right... cause wally represented an actual position on the team. He played... and sucked. So we ditched em. The only reason scals not ditched is WHO THE HELL WOULD TAKE HIS CONTRACT? Seriously, it' impossible. I actually think when the celtics let em go, he might never play in the NBA again.
Basketball is the only sport i really like. And i love it. I went to 5 playoff games last year. I have been to close to 100 basketball games in my life. And i have been a celtics fan since i was little. And i did get to see the Bird/lewis/Parish/McHale etc team a couple times. It's strange, i don't like almost any other sport, but i get a hard on over basketball. We should do an RTTP group outting to a Celtics game.

That's because basketball is the best sport of all.
I don't care what anyone says; even though this is a music board, I like sports just as much as I enjoy music and video games. And yes, the Celtics are great this year. It's been a pleasure watching them. As far as Scal goes, he may have a few inches on me height-wise, but I think I can school his ass in horse. Last I checked, I can still dunk it.. but I'm not too sure I can anymore. haha
basketball is my least favorite of the 4 major sports, but i still enjoy it a lot. i went to a bunch of games last year and a couple the year before when the c's were horrible. i'm enjoying this season.

this season watchin c's games has been tough for me cuz they kill teams, which why scal is gettin burn. i know bout watchin rondo mature but i feel only thing to really make this year historic is go 72-10 or better

I cant believe we lost to both the fucking knicks and the bobcats. Im clearly not objective, and I know the celts haven't been playing up to par, but has anyone else noticed the officiating has been absolute dogshit for most of our losses?

it was nice to come of the bench and hit that 3 right away the other day. We are back in the swing of things with our D too.

Boston will get crushed tonight. they have been playing sloppy ball the last few games. Almost beating themselves. If they do that again tonight against the Lakers they are fucked. Is KG still out?

You can play sloppy once in a while when you win 11 in a row. KG is back and its in Boston, its going to be a great game. Bynums out, so crushed is alittle extreme I think. Plus LA played last night, Celts are rested as they were only in NJ 2 nights ago.
I'll never forget that hissy fit that Sasha did last year in the finals.

garnett's going to be fired up, as is the garden. I really don't think the Celtics are going to lose this one. If they do, I'll jump off of my roof and sleep outside in the snow. That's how strongly I feel about it.
What a fucking horrible ending.
1.) Pierce got smacked in the head during a drive with no call.
2.) Garnett's ticky-tacky foul should not have been called
3.) Celtics should have won this and I can't wait to see them again.
I changed my mind. The Celtics are playing badly against the knicks and just gave up a 4 point play. WTF!! They will lose tonight. Sloppy fucking ball they have been playing the last 4 games or so.
Losing to the Lakers last night really took the air out of me. I stayed up to watch it and ended up being disgusted. The refs this year are absolutely atrocious. The worst calling I've ever seen. Ray Allen was clearly fouled on that last shot but of course they won't call it. Everyone is starting to hate the Celtics a lot more now and sucking Kobe's dick.
