Yeah, this is the band I thought it was. Brian told me about this like two years ago, rad that he finally got it going.

yeah brian is in the band. what happend with it is this, they had a few different drummers playing with them, but no one really worked out. some didnt know how to play with others and another did nothing but smoke weed and couldnt remember a single song. so i had started jamming with booley doin some sludge/doom shit and brian came over and jammed with us a few times. then the guitar amp blew. so brian and i just started fucking around with some blasts and whatnot. then ITS finally had a solid line-up. thats the story.

and as far as the recordings go, they were done on saturday. in the basement, with only 2 mics, a computer and 4 assholes. really they were only done so i could listen to them often so i could know dead on how the songs went. but they sounded better than we thought. so i put them up.

It's cool dude, your band does seem plenty fast judging by that tape but it's not sharp enough to hear the riffs. My curiosity has been going through the roof at the thought of more PV in New England though, so when you guys record something new, I gotta hear it.

i like it.
the Benoit song seems to be more in the vein of parade of the lifeless (chaotic and sort of technical) than powerviolence.

either way, it's fuckin awesome....let us know when you add vocals.

More PV around here works for me. As opposed to my band playing with nobody that is even somewhat similar to us.

yeah dudes, ill def post when we add the vocals. and when we record new shit, or RE record those songs. cause as i said before, it was recorded just for reference really. go to the page and add it. i update it when ever some sort of news happens.

as for more PV, i agree totally. its really the only reason i miss living back in the bay :(

it was done on a cold day. with 2 mics. 1 laptop. 4 assholes. in an east boston basement. it was recorded so i could listen to the songs constantly. instead of remembering parts. and then remembering the rest during practice.
