While I'm not exactly sure what the criteria will be, in the sense that this could be proposed (and laughed at)...but I know that it will not be a matter of IQ. It would be nice if overall we became smarter on average eventually...of course. I don't think that dumb people should stop breeding (who will do the manual labor?)...I really don't have my criterion figured out, but yeah...

well, it's true, i know lots of people who dropped out of school that are smart as hell, and i know plenty of H.S. grads who are dumb as fuck.

there are plenty of people with low IQ who can hold a steady job, be good people/parents, and have good common sense..... just as there are many worthless assholes with high IQ who posess no common sense, no people skills, and their kids turn out awful because their parents are self-important dicks.

if ya wanna get technical, IQ can mean alot, if you are trying to get into a certain school, or on Jeopardy, or to land a job that lists it as a requirement....

but some people score low on IQ tests because they just don't do well with tests, or crack under pressure
