I am looking to throw down on both this weekend. Any of you ever indulge in making your own shit? I hate hot sauce that has way to much vinegar in it. A little bit of vinegar obviously, but the shit is overkill with moast I have tried. That RedHot sauce is some bunk shit. I picked up four bottles of Grace hot pepper sauce made in Jamaica, and the shit is perfect. Does not taste like a spicy fucking pickles and has just the right heat kick to it. I want to make my own though as well as some salsa. Any tips?

I love Cholula hot sauce. I also love Frank's red hot....but if you want to actually die...try Dave's Insanity Sauce. It has actually been proven to KILL mice in laboratory tests.

Ha, fuck them damned mice anyways. I disagree with Franks red hot sauce though man. Mass produced bunk shit with WAY to much vinegar in it. The Cholula hot sauce is pretty good I must say though. A bit O' vinegar, but it sits well. I had that shit a few weeks ago. Doused my burgers in that shit. Good times!

BTW, I like hot sauce that is made right. I like to be scorched, but it has to have some damned taste to it, and not just blatant heat to try and out do everyone else. Not just straight out anal corrosion. You need to try that Grace's hot pepper sauce mang!

Seriously...buy some Dave's Insanity Sauce, and when a friend passes out drunk somewhere...dip your finger in it and spread it across his lips...the RUN LIKE HELL. He'll be up swinging in NO time...then laugh while he's running his face under the faucet at your sink.

Haha, that's awesome. I did something similar to my ex the night right before I dumped her dumb ass. I put the shit in her coffee. It was good to see her burn, puke and freak out. She sucked, and not in the good way. The shit I used on her was pretty lethal shit too. I will try to remember the name and get back to you. Nuclear something I think?

dave's sauce is so hot. not good hot either. i remember making wings with just that. trying to be a tough guy. man that was stupid!

i've made my own salsa before, its a lot of fun and usually it tastes a whole lot better than what you get in a jar. basically, all you need is tomatoes, tomatillos, onions, fresh cilantro, and as many cayenne peppers as you want. make sure to dice everything, get rid of the tomato skins, and let everything just stew together in your fridge for about a day before you serve.

Good shit, man. I haven't tried to make my own but I'd love to. Dave's is just retarded, but makes a great joke...the shit WILL kill most living creatures, but man, it's awesome if you have a tough guy friend. The sauce on the lips trick is easy, and fun but potentially dangerous as they WILL swing when they feel their very life drain from their lips.

My dad used to make this meat sauce for like burgers and dogs. Kinda like a chili but without the beans and vegetables and stuff. He tried to put daves insanity sauce in it a couple times and it was always just way too damn hot and we would have to either throw it out or make like 4 more plain batches to get it diluted right. Then one time he decided to try something else. He took a toothpick and dipped it about a half inch into the daves insanity and then stirred it into the sauce. Shit was still hot as fuck but came out perfect.

i used to make salsa for wholefoods. sounds pretty gay but it was an awesome job really. all the free fresh salsa and guacamole i could eat.
