Tim Horton's is pretty good (there's some in Providence now)and when I lived in Minnesota for a little bit they had a place called Caribou Coffee - it owns Starbucks or D&D

Sonic is fucking amazing. I finally got to one earlier this summer in VA Beach and it changed my life.

we made it a point to hit sonic.
we made it a point to hit arby's.

BUT when we played in brooklyn,
some months back, we did our pilgrimage to mecca and walked 15+ blocks at about 4-5am to eat at the fabled white castle. the pictures i have of said feeding is very scary stuff. i ate close to 12 burgers on my own..just consider what the fat kids in my band ate!

what we found out: sonic sucks but it was funny to watch the austrians call in their order on the phones. butter is gross. the place was a fucking dump. trash everywhere. bathrooms had a line.

arby's was cool because your order was delivered to you at your table. the pictures of the food above the registers looked sublime but mid way through the meal we wanted to die.

white castle is most AMAZING. cooked to order. hot, tasty and delicious. staff was jovial and commented on our excellent orders. "excellent choice sir!" bottom line, you can buy 100 burgers for 50 bucks.

First time I ate White Castle was absolutely amazing. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th times I ate White Castle I wanted to kill myself.

Every Sonic experience I've had has been amazing; I have heard a few people say they've had unpleasant experiences with Sonic and I can only chalk it up to be at the wrong one/wrong time.

There is an Arby's in the Solomon Pond Mall in Marlboro. I can't say I'm a huge fan. Not that it matters anyway now since I have sworn off fast food completely, haha.

Other fast food I've hit up on tour:

Del Taco: If anyone tells you it's better than Taco Bell, kick that person in the throat. Del Taco can suck the fattest of dicks. Portions are way too small for way too much money and there's nothing special about their food at all.

Whataburger: Holy hell are their burgers good. They are huge, and will make you shit a brickhouse within a few hours. Best part of Whataburger is that they have ketchup containers (similar to the sweet and sour sauce containers you get at McDonalds, etc.), rather than puny ketchup packets. I'm a ketchup fiend so this was essential.

In and Out Burger: Only a few locations and only on the west coast. Some of the best burgers I've ever had in my fucking life. Will also make you shit a brickhouse within hours of consumption.

Bojangles: This place puts Popeye's and Chick-fil-a to shame. Best fast food fried chicken ever, and their sauces are rivaled by none.

white castle is amazing theres one within walking distance of me now thats in harlem... those little burgers are so deceiving because you just want to keep eating them... I don't like onions on my burger but those things are so damn good that i didn't even care

The last time I went to White Castle, they were out of every beverage except Sprite and blue Powerade; they also had no ketchup, minimal napkins, running out of fries and no tables were cleaned. They must have been looted by crackheads, haha.

you or someone in your band had never eaten Arby's before? i love it, its just so fucking expensive. drink, sandwich and appetizer is always just about 10 bucks. its so worth it though. the loaded potato bites are to kill for.

i worked at one for about 4 years, it was the only food place i worked at that i would go back and eat. the food doesn't have any dark secrets, and its clean.
