PE just startedd it off all melow like. not too many people in this joint. they played a new song, but mostly stood like rooted plants on stage. except for the one fruity plant on stage.. um.. a weed who banged his bead a lot.

Somehow they survived their recent tour. Dysentery got both the crowd and themsevles moving. I was afraid I would get will's balls on to my clothing. They played a new song at the end which was an endless slamm. The summer of slam. Green slam and eggs.

fucking sick. loved it. We were really late so we only saw one of malamor's songs. But origin was rediculas. I love this club too, its been too long since i was in it, maybe 5 years. and before that BABYHEAD!! i saw faith no more there when it was babyhead.

Someone gave me a copy of PE's cd, listened to it getting ready for work this morning. its great, can't wait for tomarrow night to listen to it.

indeed Origin was impossibly fast and tight. their tone was amazing..but the triple vocal attack, i did not expect. woow. can't miss them later this month.

Gotta love being really into a kind of music where one of your fav bands can play and no ones there (which obviously sucks too) but you get a chance to watch from real close, and to talk to em after, and to smoke with em and trade getting arrested stories.

handing out flyers for Boarcorpse's show with PE on thursday was fun too. It was the only way i knew who anyone was.. give em a flyer and.. oh hey thats my band.. nice. loved it, that kind of brutality puts me in a great mood.

I missed parasitic, wasn't too upset because ive seen them 4 times in the last few months.

Dysentery gets heavier and better everytime i see them. I fucked up my knee during the stomp section in devourer of the dead, i probably need medical attention but instead I'm just icing it, i feel like Mark Richards.

Malamor is fucking great live, Old school death metal but more slammy. Can't wait to hear their new material.

the kid in the arch enemy shirt was the shows biggest trooper. That kid get thrown to the floor at least 10 times by will and spin kicked a few times. the kid just didn't kniw when to stop.

the sound during malamor was the best of the evening. you could hear everything from every side of the room. Origin was sick as hell, but the sound wasn't quite as good. Origin's absolutely ridiculously hard to mix I'm sure. I would just have liked to have heard the bass/bass vocals and a little less low end over all. I can't believe the singer's got a shaved head. he looks nothing like orgy now!
