Anybody know of places that will rent small trailers? I've checked a bunch of places and the only place I can find is UHaul, but their lawyers won't rent them to Ford Explorer owners. Gayness.

It should also be noted that we only need a trailer for one show in Connecticut, so if someone has one that composted can borrow, let us know!

Really? Why don't they like Ford Exploders? Yeah UHaul is the only place I've ever rented from. I have a utility trailer you could borrow, but it's not enclosed and I live in NH -- I think those 2 things = FAIL.

Ahh, I appreciate the offer, but yeah we need enclosed. And as far as I can tell from looking it up... Ford Explorers are just really popular and so are people renting UHaul trailers full of sand in them and then rounding corners at 60mph. Their lawyers finally gave up when people started to sue uhaul and deemed it unsafe. Doesn't make sense though. Any SUV/trailer combo is unsafe is you're an irresponsible jackass.

Yeah, that's bizarre. But I've seen some people do some bizarre things with trailers on the highway -- the real freaks are the snowmobilers with the 30ft Sno-dock (guy) roaring up 93 at 80mph. And to top that, watching pleasure boaters at the boat launch trying to back their big stupid ski boats into the launch -- the husbands yelling at wives and vice versa -- pure comedy gold.
