WinRAR is the best!
You click file>open haha

Open it with the program. It's pretty simple. You may or may not have to click extract and select where you want it to extract to.

or you can right click the thing and do "extract to..." wherever you want to extract

I do that because you don't get the annoying "you should buy this product" warning, it just performs the extraction
