music unlimited in hanover subcontracts their shit to a north shore company called high tech..they did great work on my dc-5 when i first got it. prices were reasonable and they got it back to me pretty quick. what was also cool was guys at high tech called me to touch base on exactly what i wanted done.

I'll use this place to say never get your amp repaired at Boston Guitar Works in Brockton. Well, that is unless you appreciate waiting 2 months for them to replace your tubes and a switch and charge you $237.

hey if your in south shore, I live in Quincy. My roomate Bill repairs and builds amps if your in need of some amp modification. He pretty much rebuilt my 5150 from scratch and its still one of the best amps Ive played. Let me know if your interested.

I need to get my head biased relatively soon and though I plan on learning to do it myself as soon as possible, I've discovered that I may or may not have a separate problem with the amp. If anything goes down, I plan on going to Aztech because Larissa told me to in a thread I made probably a year ago.

Is that MacGuyver? I was actually over there a few weeks ago and I forgot to ask him about that.
